Processing Times
We process orders immediately after they are placed and aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days once payment has been confirmed. Please allow 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) for order processing and shipment.
Because every cap is hand-shaped in our workshop, occasional delays can occur — usually due to stock shortages during high-demand periods. If this happens, shipping may be delayed by an additional 2–3 business days.
All packages are shipped with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your order. An express shipping option is also available at checkout for faster delivery.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions or courier delays.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
- BFPO addresses may not be supported by all carriers. If you have questions about delivery to a BFPO address, please contact us at info@wainright-co.com before placing your order.
